General Support
For account access, website review, ad code, payment, or general support questions, email admin@protoads.com.
Existing publishers can also sign in and use the Support Inbox for account-specific help and faster context.
When contacting support, include the relevant publisher account, website, domain, or payment reference so the request can be traced quickly.
Legal And Privacy Requests
For privacy requests, data questions, or formal legal notices, email admin@protoads.com with enough detail for us to identify the relevant account, website, or request.
If the notice is urgent, include the subject line `Legal Notice` or `Privacy Request` so it can be routed correctly.
Abuse And Security Reports
If you believe a website, ad code, redirect path, downloadable file, or account connected to Protoads is abusive, unsafe, or compromised, report it to admin@protoads.com.
Include the affected URL, time observed, and any supporting screenshots or request details so the issue can be investigated quickly.
Copyright And Takedown Issues
For copyright, impersonation, unsafe-download, or takedown complaints, send the affected URLs, a description of the issue, and the basis for your complaint to admin@protoads.com.
Publisher Access
New publishers can apply through the signup page. Approved publishers can sign in through the login page.
