This policy explains what information Protoads collects, how it is used across account access, publisher operations, traffic attribution, fraud prevention, payments, and support, and the choices available to you.

Information We Collect

We collect account and profile information you provide to us, including name, username, email address, company name, payout details, support messages, and any websites, domains, ad code settings, landers, or files you submit through the platform.

We also collect operational and security data generated when the service is used, including login history, IP address, browser and device metadata, website review actions, domain scan results, file scan results, redirect-chain activity, impression and click data, referral activity, and support activity logs.

Where relevant to account review or payout processing, we may also collect business identifiers, billing or payout contact details, and records needed to investigate invalid traffic, payment disputes, or abuse complaints.

How We Use Information

We use data to create and secure accounts, review and approve websites, generate and manage ad codes, allocate domains, route traffic, monitor domain and lander health, detect fraud and invalid activity, process balances and payouts, respond to support requests, and improve the reliability of the network.

We may also use data to send service emails such as verification, approval, payment, security, or operational notices.

Tracking, scan, and routing data may also be used to rotate domains, quarantine unsafe assets, reclaim inactive allocations, investigate suspicious behavior, and keep delivery infrastructure stable.

Traffic Attribution And Security Data

Protoads processes attribution and integrity data tied to impressions, clicks, ad code requests, website activity, redirect hops, and file or lander scans. This may include IP address, country, browser, device, operating system, referrer context, timestamps, offer identifiers, publisher or website identifiers, and scanner outcomes.

We use this information to measure delivery, attribute activity, detect invalid traffic, review complaints, resolve disputes, and protect the network against abuse, unsafe files, or malicious routing behavior.

Cookies And Similar Technologies

Protoads uses cookies and similar storage for sign-in, session continuity, security checks, role switching, preferences, and service reliability. Some product workflows also rely on identifiers needed to attribute impressions, clicks, referrals, and website activity.

How We Share Information

We share information only where needed to operate the service, comply with law, protect the platform, or complete a request you make. This can include infrastructure, database, email, security, hosting, and payment providers acting on our behalf, as well as advisers or authorities where disclosure is legally required.

We may also disclose limited records where needed to investigate fraud, payment disputes, abuse complaints, malware or unsafe-file reports, or partner enforcement tied to traffic sent through the platform.

We do not sell publisher account data. We may disclose aggregated or de-identified reporting that does not reasonably identify you.

Data Retention

We retain information for as long as needed to provide the service, maintain financial and operational records, investigate abuse, enforce agreements, and meet legal obligations. Security, traffic, and audit logs may be retained longer where needed for fraud review, payment disputes, or platform integrity.

Security

We use administrative, technical, and operational safeguards designed to protect account and platform data. No system can guarantee absolute security, so you should also protect your credentials, use strong passwords, and report suspicious activity promptly.

Your Choices

You may request access, correction, or deletion of account information that is not required for compliance, fraud prevention, or payment recordkeeping. You can also close your account by contacting us, subject to any outstanding review, balance, or legal hold.

International Processing

Protoads and its service providers may process data in more than one country depending on hosting, support, email delivery, and infrastructure needs. By using the service, you understand that information may be processed outside your home jurisdiction.

Children

Protoads is intended for business and publisher use. It is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly provide accounts or services to children under 13.
