Terms of Service

By creating an account, submitting a website, generating ad code, uploading files, or using Protoads in any way, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy.

You must provide accurate registration information, maintain the security of your credentials, and use the service only for lawful business purposes. You are responsible for activity that occurs under your account.

We may request verification information before approving websites, processing payouts, restoring access, or enabling specific features.

Account access is personal to the approved publisher account. You may not share credentials, resell account access, or allow an unapproved third party to operate the account without our consent.

Each website, domain connection, ad code setup, lander, file, or traffic source may be reviewed before or after approval. Approval is limited to the configuration reviewed at that time and may be withdrawn if the website, traffic profile, content, or risk profile changes.

You must promptly update submitted website information if ownership, traffic source, content category, monetization pattern, or operating behavior changes in a material way.

You are responsible for the websites, traffic sources, domains, landers, creatives, and files you connect to Protoads. They must comply with applicable law, platform rules, partner restrictions, and these terms at all times.

You may not use misleading placements, cloaking, forced redirects, malware, unsafe downloads, unauthorized code injection, trademark abuse, automated clicks, fake traffic, fraudulent conversions, or any other traffic manipulation intended to inflate earnings or bypass review controls.

Prohibited traffic includes bot traffic, incentivized traffic not expressly approved by us, click spam, hidden placements, pop-under abuse, deceptive prompts, repeated self-clicking, proxy or emulator abuse, malicious redirects, and any traffic source designed to evade filters, reviews, or partner enforcement.

Prohibited content includes unlawful material, malware distribution, phishing, credential theft, impersonation, deceptive software prompts, unauthorized file bundling, or content that creates clear payment, abuse, or regulatory risk for the platform.

Domains, redirect-chain assets, and lander configurations assigned through Protoads remain subject to platform controls, allocation limits, health checks, scans, rotation rules, and replacement logic. An assigned domain may be changed, reclaimed, paused, or replaced where needed for security, inactivity, delivery quality, compliance, or operational continuity.

Publishers may not repurpose assigned assets outside approved use or continue using deprecated, canceled, or replaced ad code integrations.

Assigned domains, redirect-chain assets, and landers are part of the service workflow. They are not sold or transferred to the publisher unless we expressly state otherwise in writing.

Earnings, balances, payouts, referral credits, and adjustments are subject to review for fraud, quality, chargebacks, invalid traffic, policy violations, and reconciliation. We may delay, reverse, or deny credits or payouts where activity is incomplete, disputed, or invalid.

Minimum payout thresholds, payout timing, and approval workflows may change from time to time and are controlled through the platform.

We may place temporary or extended holds on balances while traffic quality, payment integrity, source legitimacy, file safety, or partner complaints are under review. If invalid activity is confirmed, affected earnings may be reversed and repeated abuse may lead to permanent forfeiture.

We may suspend, restrict, or terminate accounts, websites, payouts, domains, landers, or other access at any time where we detect abuse, inactivity, fraud, security risk, policy violations, reputational risk, legal exposure, or operational misuse.

After suspension or termination, access to parts of the platform may be removed immediately, and some records may be retained for audit, legal, payment, and security purposes.

Protoads and its service materials, workflows, software, copy, branding, and platform logic remain our property or the property of our licensors. These terms do not transfer ownership of the platform itself.

If you submit feedback, suggestions, or improvement ideas, we may use them without restriction or compensation.

Protoads is provided on an as-available basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free delivery, approval of any website, uninterrupted domain health, scan outcomes, payout timing, or any minimum volume, performance, or revenue result.

To the maximum extent allowed by law, Protoads is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages arising from use of the platform or from suspended, rotated, quarantined, blocked, or replaced assets.

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after an update means the revised terms apply from their posted effective date.
